This programme is aimed to empower and build the business capacity of our target group to start-up their Small and Medium scale Enterprises (SMEs). This is accomplished by identifying institutional and training needs of each of our target group and addressing the gaps that have been identified for each person through:

• Capaacity Building and
• Financial Grants
